This event targets to incorporate and project positive values to the participants which are aligned with the teachings of the religion. We hope that this will enable them to link the relevance of the Islamic teachings to their daily concerns and challenges. With the programme we have lined-up for the seminar, we hope to motivate and inspire the youths - diminishing ignorance. At the end of it, the youths will know what are the better choices they want to make and it is possible to achieve their dreams.

MUIS’ 40th Anniversary Celebrations - Singapore Islamic Hub (SIH) Open House

This year, the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (Muis) is celebrating its 40th anniversary at the newly opened SIH. SIH comprises of Muis, Muhajirin Mosque and Madrasah Irsyad.

In line with its theme “Hub of the Community”, MUIS will be opening the SIH to members of the public on Sunday, 12 July 2009.

MUIS will be looking forward to have you and your family members during our SIH Open House on Sunday, 12 July 2009 from 9am - 6pm.

One of the highlights on that day will be the SIH Discovery Trail where you can get closer to the functions of Muis, Madrasah Irsyad and Muhajirin Mosque. During the trail, you can learn more about SIH’s Best Kept Secrets and our ‘Unsung Heroes’. Don’t miss to redeem an exclusive Limited Edition Gift once you have completed the trail. During the SIH Open House, Madrasah Irsyad will be having their Food Carnival at the open field and the launching of their Irsyadee single album. Lots of fun and games will be happening on this day for you and your family members as well.

Apa itu SCRRA?

SCCRA adalah sebuah pertandingan video/film yang dianjurkan oleh ZAHRA En-Naeem setiap tahun. Bermula pada tahun ini, pertandingan ini akan dibuka kepada semua belia-belia(yg berumur 12-25 tahun) di luar sana.

Apa makna SCRRA?
STANDBY!
CAMERA ROLLING!

ACTION!

Tujuan mengadakan SCRRA?

1)untuk memberi peluang kepada belia-belia di luar sana untuk menonjolkan bakat yang mereka ada/bakat terpendam

2)untuk mendapatkan belia-belia yang mahir dalam seni ini untuk membantu kami di masa hadapan(dalam projek/event)

3)untuk menyebarkan ilmu menerusi cara yang interaktif

Peraturan-peraturan?

1)video haruslah tidak kurang daripada 5minit dan tidak boleh melebihi 2jam

2)video haruslah berdasarkan salah satu tema yang diberikan iaitu :

a)Pengorbanan

b)Teman

c)Rintihan Kasih

3)setiap video yang dihantar harus diiringi dengan sedikit ringkasan mengenai video tersebut dan video haruslah mempunyai sari kata dalam bahasa inggeris

4)video tidak seharusnya mengandungi/memaparkan aksi-aksi kekerasan atau yang melanggar unsur-unsur Islam (eg.berpegangan tangan di antara lelaki dan wanita yang bukan mahram)

5)sertakan nama penuh,umur,nombor hp,dan tajuk+ringkasan video apabila anda menghantar video anda

6)setiap peserta hanya boleh menghantar sebanyak 2 video kepada kami

7)tarikh tutup penyertaan : 20 November 09!

2)kami tidak akan bertanggungjawab di atas kehilangan atau kerosakan yang terjadi kepada video yang telah dihantar kepada kami

We're seeking for volunteers to help out for North East Mosque ClusterSports Day 2009 (NEMC 2009) that will be running soon on the 15thAugust at Tampines Stadium.
We hope that anyone who's free on that day will volunteer themselves to help out in this event.

This year,our brothers from Al-Fataa represented En-Naeem Mosque in MySpex09, in bowling and sepak takraw!

On 20June, Sat, the participants attended the official launch of MySpex09, that was held in SIH Auditorium.

Although they didnt get to bring anything back, we are still proud of them because they've shown their courage and skills and enthusiasm in participating the event. Well done guys! And we hope to see more interest in any of the upcoming events!

And to other participants from other mosques,well done too!
